Did you know that once you hit the age of 40, whether you are male or female, your body starts aging faster than normal? Studies have shown that without proper nutrition and exercise your body will have about 6 months extra to pass each year. Folks for that! If you are 40, then when you hit 44 you will see and feel 48. And when you reach 60 you will see 70 years old! We see it every day just look around you.
Did you know that 90% of people over the age of 35 lose enough muscle to burn an extra 4 pounds of body fat each year? This means you don’t just lose the only thing in your body that creates shape, tone and energy - every year you gain more fat, even if your calories are the same.

Did you know that none of this is reversible at any age? There are specific ways to move, eat, and think that tell your brain to stop this rapid aging process and even keep you down here until you are less than a year old for every year?
